  I grew up in a small town north of Tampa, and I've lived in 7 different cities in Florida.

• Education:

  FSU - Psychology, and Georgia State School of Law

• Work:

  I am a stay at home dad to two amazing daughters. When I have to work, I'm an attorney.

• Fun Facts:

  I'm a pretty good cook, and I love to go fishing any chance I get. Blew out a rudder cable and totally wiped out in the last 3 feet of my 20 mile day trip with the Castaways in 2011.

• Essential CAC Gear:

  Werner Carbon-Fiber Paddle. The weight difference, compared to an aluminum/fiberglass paddle, makes all the difference on a long-distance kayak trip.

• How did you get involved with the CAC?:

  Long-time Castaways, Chad Forbes and Craig Engler, are good friends of mine. They got me started kayaking when I moved to Miami in 2006, and it's been a slow march toward the inevitable, ever since.
